To check if your Mercedes W212 (2010-2016) has Active Lighting:

1️⃣ Check COMAND Settings – Look for "Active Light System" or "Intelligent Light System (ILS)" under Vehicle Settings.
2️⃣ Look for AFS Button – Some models have an AFS ON/OFF switch near the headlight controls.
3️⃣ Test Headlight Movement – Park in front of a wall, turn the wheel left/right. If headlights move, you have Active Lighting.
4️⃣ Scan with OBD2 – A Mercedes-compatible scanner can confirm if ALS/ILS is installed.
5️⃣ Check VIN or Build Sheet – Use a VIN decoder or ask a dealer to verify.

No movement or settings? Your W212 likely doesn’t have Active Lighting.
